Vibration motors are widely used in various industries, and the installation environment is also different. However, no matter what the installation environment is, you need to pay attention to the following points.
1. Check the appearance of the motor for deformation, moisture, loose fasteners, etc., and confirm that there is no abnormality before installation.
2. Check the motor nameplate to confirm whether the data meets the requirements. Without special requirements, the position of the motor eccentric block is at the maximum exciting force marked on the nameplate.
3. Check the installation surface. The installation surface must be firm and flat. The flatness of the installation surface should be less than 0.08mm, and the plate should not have pores or cracks; the installation surface should not be less than the bottom surface of the explosion-proof vibration motor; welding should be avoided in the installation surface area.
4. Check the insulation resistance. When the rated voltage is 380V, the cold state is not less than 100MΩ (the insulation resistance must be measured with a megohmmeter before installing the motor that has been transported over long distances or has been shelved for a long time).
5. Check the power supply. Check the power supply and cut off all power and other energy sources supplied to the equipment.
6. Choose high-strength bolts. Choose high-strength bolts of not less than 8.8 grade according to the hole diameter. Use a wrench to tighten them reliably and take anti-loosening measures. No loosening is allowed.
7. Test run. After installation, test run for 10 to 20 minutes to check whether the bolts are loose to ensure the safety of subsequent operation. After the first 8 hours of use, the tightening torque of the mounting bolts should be checked regularly and tightened if necessary.
