The design and manufacture of 3 Phase induction motors usually take into account the temperature conditions of general industrial and domestic applications, which are usually limited to certain conditions temperature range to ensure motor performance and reliability. For example, the design temperature range of ordinary motors is usually 0° C to 40° C, the temperature in this range ensures the good performance and reliability of the motor in normal temperature environment. However, when electricity the machine surface temperature exceeds the normal range, such as more than 60℃-90℃ range, it may cause adverse effects on the motor’s service life and performance.

The heat generated causes the temperature of the components of the motor to rise. Therefore, the temperature rise of the control motor is within the safe range.It is an important indicator to ensure the quality and reliability of the motor.
