TZYW series positive pressure housing type brushless excitation synchronous motor (core outer diameter 1730～3250) (hereinafter referred to as motor) is a new generation of explosion-proof series products developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining our company’s long-term stable production of increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor design and manufacturing experience. Its positive pressure explosion-proof technology is the first in China. The motor adopts the well-known domestic ventilation and leakage compensation system to ensure that when the motor is started, the explosive gas in the motor cavity is effectively replaced (otherwise the device sends an interlocking signal to prevent the motor from starting). The device gives a start signal and the motor automatically enters the leakage compensation state. During operation, the compensation system automatically maintains the appropriate pressure in the inner cavity to prevent explosive gas from entering the shell. When the outlet pressure is low or under pressure, if normal leakage compensation cannot be guaranteed, the system automatically alarms to cut off the system power supply or sound an alarm. Through the above measures, the reliability of the motor is further improved, and the perfect combination of automatic control and comprehensive protection is achieved. 

Application

The motor can be manufactured into positive pressure type Expx and Expz explosion-proof types. Expx explosion-proof type can be used in Zone 1 and Zone 2, and Expz explosion-proof type can be used in Zone 2. The two explosion-proof types are used in the explosive gas environment formed by the gas, steam or mist-like explosive gas and air with ignition temperature of T1, T2, T3, T4 in the factory. This series of motors is a high-tech product integrating explosion-proof technology, power electronics technology, automatic control technology, and motor technology.

This series of motors is made of exquisite materials and is well made. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high power, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, low leakage, safe and reliable operation, easy use and maintenance, energy saving and environmental protection, etc.
